A 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan is offered to employees age 21 or older. Elective deferrals into the plan may begin on the first day of every month, following date of hire.
Vacation/Personal and Sick leave begins accruing as of an employee’s date of hire. Additional vacation/personal leave is accrued after 5 years of service with Aita Consulting Services.
During each calendar year, eight (8) paid holidays are observed by Aita Consulting Services.
